How do I purchase eBooks or mp3 downloads?

We do not sell eBooks—no PDFs, no downloads, no secret digital vaults. If you stumble across a digital version of How to Draw Cool Stuff, red flag! It’s probably a pirated copy or a counterfeit, and that’s a no-go.

If you spot one, please report it. This ensures that artists, educators, and readers like you get the high-quality content they deserve.

Thanks for your support! Together, we’ll keep How to Draw Cool Stuff authentic, awesome, and only available in print!

What is your returns policy and when can I expect credit for a return?

If you need to return a book, don’t worry—we get it! Here’s the deal:

  • You’ve got 30 days from the original purchase date to send it back.
  • The book must be new, unopened, and include all original components (no coffee stains, no dog-eared pages, and definitely no sketches inside—we see you, doodlers).
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip to make things smooth and easy.
  • Use a trackable shipping service (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, etc.) so your book doesn’t get lost in the void.

We’ll refund the cost of the book and any applicable sales tax—but shipping, handling, and return freight charges are non-refundable.

💡 Pro Tip: Keep a copy of your return tracking number just in case. Once we get your book and confirm it’s still in mint condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 4-6 weeks.

What's the deal with Florida prisons?

🚨 Important Notice: How to Draw Cool Stuff is BANNED in Florida 🚨

Yes, you read that right. The How to Draw Cool Stuff series is officially banned in the state of Florida (we know, get a life, Florida!). This means we cannot ship to any Florida state prisons at this time.

Why? Great question. We can only assume that teaching people how to draw cool stuff is somehow considered too radical, too creative, or maybe just too cool for Florida’s taste. Either way, we’re just as baffled as you are.

We strongly believe that art should be accessible to everyone, including those in correctional facilities who could benefit from creative expression. If the policy ever changes, we’ll update this page and/or throw a well-deserved celebration on social media—because let’s be honest, this ban deserves to be reversed.

Until then, if you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. And if you happen to know someone in charge of these decisions, maybe send them a sketchbook and a little encouragement.
